The Jinan Production and Research Base is a comprehensive industrial park that integrates modernized, specialized, scientific, and automated production with a warm and comfortable living environment.

        The CNC machining center, with a workshop area of 3,400 square meters, is fully equipped with a variety of advanced processing machinery and facilities, including CNC shearing machines, CNC sheet metal equipment, CNC bending machines, CNC punching machines, laser equipment, automatic spot welding machines, and foam sealing machines. These facilities comprehensively meet the manufacturing and supply needs of various metal enclosures required for power equipment production. The center ensures efficient control over quality, standards, and costs, and adheres to the 4S management standards.

        The Digital Assembly Center covers a workshop area of 6,800 square meters. It is currently equipped with a fully automated digital wiring harness processing center and a digital busbar processing center, along with advanced assembly processing equipment and high-quality inspection and testing devices. This has enabled the digitalization of both primary and secondary assembly processes for power distribution equipment, significantly reducing labor and material costs. The center has achieved high standards of quality control and production efficiency, and adheres to the 6S management standards.
