1.This series of products is a frame structure made of steel sections that have undergone special anti-corrosion treatment and are welded together.The shellcan be made of anti rust aluminum alloy plate,colored sandwich steel plate,or non-metal.The top of the box is a double-layer structure with insulation and exhaust cooling functions.
2.All operations are carried out with the cabinet door closed. Equipped with comprehensive and effective "five prevention" functions to prevent misoperation.
3.Incoming and outgoing methods:high-voltage cable in,low- voltage cable out;High voltage cable in,low voltage overhead out; High voltage overhead inlet,low voltage cable outlet;High voltage overhead inlet,low voltage overhead outlet.
4.The primary power supply system on the high voltage side can be arranged in various power supply modes such as ring network power supply,terminal power supply,and dual power supply.High voltage measuring elements can also be installed to meet the requirements of high voltage measurement.
5.The transformer room can choose S11 and other low loss oil immersed transformers and dry-type transformers;The transformer room(if the transformer capacity is greater than 1600kVA and the transformer is arranged open)is equipped with a self starting forced air cooling system and lighting system.The use of natural ventilation and forced ventilation provides good ventilation and cooling performance.The transformer room has a temperature controller that can automatically control the temperature of the transformer to ensure full load operation.
6.The low-voltage room can adopt panel,screen mounted,and drawer type structures to form the power supply scheme required by users according to their requirements.It has multiple functions such as power distribution,lighting distribution,reactive power compensation,energy metering,and quantity measurement,meeting the different requirements of users and facilitating power supply management and improving power supply quality.
7.Heating devices can be installed separately in the low-pressure and high-pressure chambers to prevent condensation and corrosion.
8.This series of products has both integral and split box structures, and users generally adopt integral structures unless they have special requirements.The internal layout of the box transformer can adopt a target or product type structure.
9.To ensure safety,railings can be installed around the box type substation.
